Formed in 1973 as a family-run business. A&M has since grown to become one of the UK’s largest providers of energy efficiency services working with homeowners, construction firms, local authorities and energy suppliers to make steps to reduce the UK’s carbon footprint. We also specialise in insulation of commercial buildings such as schools, hotels, hospitals, police stations & children centres. We provide a wide range of measures & services for our long-standing Local Authority and Housing Association clients who enjoy substantial improvements to the overall efficiency of their properties. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. The finish layer was very smooth and professional. Steve works to a standard and didn’t rush the job. Steve was very communicative through out and happy to discuss any issues and offer advice.
