My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving.
I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed.
Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Excellent. I cannot thank Tom enough for the work he has completed. It is of the highest standard and Tom has kept in touch throughout; Tom was polite and friendly and ensured that everything was safe, clean and tidy before leaving after each visit. Tom gave me a quote for my fence and gate and a date to start. It did not work out as I needed it done quickly due to wirsening weather. Tom was a genuinely good person to communicate with , asked all the right questions and sent detailed invoice.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Tom responded very quickly. Arrived promptly at our agreed time. Very professional & offered more ideas. Stated quote would be in provided within 2 weeks so we are now just waiting for receipt. 4 stars only as no work commenced yet.

Tom, arrived as agreed to look what work was required had a look and measured up said he would get back to me with a quote later that day Had a look at the quote for work required contacted Tom and agreed to accept quote , Tom said he would let me know a start date , Start date arrived, Tom did an excellent job from start to finish throughly recommend him to out any work required, will use him again
