Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. Really pleased with the sound proofing work Nigel has done. I was experiencing daily noise from the tumble dryers and vibrations & noise from the washing machines in the Communal Laundry serving 40 flats . The laundry is situated below my flat . Following the work Nigel has done for me, I can no longer hear the tumble dryers. The noise & vibrations from the washing machines has decreased by at least 80%, which is great and more than I expected due to the nature of how some other residents use the laundry.
