Was he quick to come around? Yes. Did he fix the problem? Yes. However, I did take issue that he was only picking up the job as he was, in his words "in the area" & offered a no-obligation quote, yet took it on himself to fix the issue there & then, and only *then* told me his call out fee. Which was very expensive

Whoever you call out to do a job you will incur a cost £60 isn't even the full charge a service call is £80 i found the problem pretty quick as it was the customers own stupidity not plugging in the power supply nobody goes out to a service call for free there's the cost of fuel and knowledge to pay for 9 out of 10 engineers wouldn't of told the customer they would just put a new aerial up for £300 not what we charge unfortunately this is what we get trying to help people
