Martin is a very nice happy man with years of experience in plumbing. We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. He kept up up to date as he worked and provided us with information to bear in mind for the future. Martin was very smart and actually turned up earlier than arranged which is always a plus. Great job sorted my boiler out so I had heating and hot water again on a freezing day. Also spotted other things needing attention to stop future problems with condensate. I have asked them to do this further work.
