I would like to retract my previous review. And Apologise to Thomas. I was unaware of the reason Thomas Costa could not return to fix the broken tiles. As I said previously we were very happy with the work this company had carried out. We have now resolved the issue and Thomas assures he will be returning to replace the broken tiles. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to Thomas and his Staff.
I previously gave a good review for the work carried out by the Staff of this company. I was given a 15 year warranty certificate on the work involved. I have since found an issue with some damaged tiles. I have contacted Thoms Costa on numerous occasions and have had promises of return to fix the issue but he never returns ,I have received every excuse under the sun for not returning. I have given him the opportunity to return for over two and half months. Question is if the Warranty is valid
