Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Tommy , Elite Plumbing Services did an excellent job of tiling my porch . Being an old house with uneven floors the job was much trickier than expected but he persevered which resulted in a very happy customer . I would definitely use him again .

Aaran's work was first class. He installed wall panels, new vanity unit and wc unit. He went above and beyond what the job was supposed to be going a far as picking me up and taking me to select the goods needed to complete the job as I don't drive. Can''t recommend him enough. I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?
