You wouldn’t want a brick layer working of your solar panels, would you? All our work comes with a Workmanship Guarantee and we are covered by our Public liability insurance. We do not use any chemicals or treatment to clean the solar panels and our specialist equipment protects the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Using the wrong equipment could be detrimental to your solar panels. We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. We would advise a solar clean once a year, anymore is not necessary. If you wish to have both services completed at the same time, we would be happy to offer a discount. Kevin quoted and did the job. Very polite and helpful. Job done a few days ago, 1 or 2 pigeons still hanging around which was what Kevin said but no bird mess on the paving since he did the job which is a very good sign to indicate what Kevin done is working as there was always bird mess in the morning that needed cleaning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

This company tricks customs. They call you and highlight a free call out. Their engineer came late around 8pm and did not do any work then sent an invoice of 150 pounds for just looking at the tray and leaving.
I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
