Lovely job and was flexible to what I wanted. Good comms from Jay re quote etc and James did a great job in removing the old bathroom and installing a new walk in shower and new porelain. Looks great! Thanks John
Bathroom Installation
James did a really good job completely refitting our cloakroom. He was polite and considerate and kept us up to date with his progress and any issue arising. The manager Jay was always very prompt at answering texts but at times we would have liked him to be a little more proactive. On the whole, very happy with the work completed.

Wall Tiling
What started as a very quick 1 day tile replacement, turned into a very unexpected full blown bathroom refurbishment, when it was revealed the bathroom was actually unsafe. Jay and his team were excellent in guiding me through it, and trying to keep the costs down, I'm very pleased with the end result and would recommend to anyone that needed some work to be done, 100%!
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Communication stated off good, then dropped off when the job was confirmed. Told me 2 days and took 3 based on vehicle size issues but more importantly turned up to pick the kit up later than they should have so had to return next day with a bigger van. The job itself was done to a decent standard but then let themselves down by not answering my calls and messages regarding the return of the keys for my door.. now I have to set another job the replace the door locks. Sent a message got a wishy-washy answer.

Hi, Regards to van issue we were not told a 3m long work top was to be picked up which wasn’t used on the job. Regards to the key it was left on the shelving unit. We do not have your key. Many thanks

There is no key on any shelf and the lock had to be changed, on completion of a job you should return any keys to the owner directly. You also booked the job for Thursday morning and did not arrive at HOWDENS until late well after the agreed time when they were expecting you first thing in the morning as was I at the location. The job was booked for Thursday and was not completed until late Saturday afternoon. It was also booked by a third party as well and not the actual workman.
