He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
