For clarity, Serviceteam requests a small booking deposit (typically around 10%) for first appointments, and 50% only where bespoke materials must be ordered for quoted works. This is standard practice across the plumbing, heating and electrical industry and helps allocate engineer time. Many companies request full payment in advance. We cannot find any record of this reviewer having used our services. All payments are processed securely with standard debit and credit card protection for customers.
