We uncovered a bit of a mess where the old owner had a poor repair done and this was dealt with by Hawk amazingly. Quoted, told me not to worry, came and did the job within a week leaving an absolutely amazing finish. Definitely recommend and will use these again.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
