Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Have been very impressed with this company. They serviced our oil fired boiler where we were experiencing reduced temperature with our hot water. They could have recommended a water softener but advised the replacement of a cheaper boiler part as the most ecomonomical option for our area. They also came back the same evening at a weekend when we encountered a slight problem and rectified it. This was months ago and we have not encoutered any problems since. Infact our water pressure is better than before.
