I needed to arrange some roof repair's remotely for my elderly parents, in a way that didn't cause them to worry unnecessarily. I never met Shane of SL Building Services, only spoke to him on the phone, but he managed the process in a way that more than sufficiently allowed for the work to be completed in a way that gave confidence to all. My parents didn't worry and the roof is fixed!

At first we dealt with Thomas only. He was courteous and had good knowledge of products and possibilities. It was great to see how all workers took pride in their work. The end result, a resin path and large patio area, in a very special colour, is simply stunning, due to real TEAMwork and craftsmanship. No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

Quoted for job straight away & did all communication through email as I asked due to me having a stroke & not speaking very well. After accepting quote Tim arranged for all materials he required to be collected or delivered (without any money up front) & kept me informed at all times. Work was arranged within 2 weeks & carried out exactly as specified on the day & time arranged. Fantastic work at a competitive price & I would highly recommend.
