Andy chose an FD30 door. He asked for £250 in advance which I paid as he seemed trustworthy. He trimmed the door and has damaged top and bottom. No peephole as promised. The door is of no use as it does not comply to Fire Regs in many ways despite his assurances and can't be fixed. It is not self-closing, the gaps along the sides and top are too wide, a bit of the fame is missing where he removed the old lock. The intumescent strip is not properly attached. He is demanding more money on top of his quote.

Very professional job all round by Robert, who fitted a new front door for me. Keeps up contact. Turns up when he says he will. Sticks to his quote. Minimal fuss and noise, and keeps everything tidy. Happens to be a nice chap too. Happy to recommend him.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Emmet and Roy are really friendly and responsive. They came to install the counter over the weekend and they made sure the counter is installed properly before they left. We'd definitely work with them again!

I gave Peter this rating because I found him to be a very good tradesman. He did a confident job replacing my internal doors. He visited beforehand to explain what can be done which was a very good help to me. He tidied up after him, very polite, helpful and respectful. His price was reasonable. I am very pleased with a job well done and won’t hesitate to use him again and would surely recommend him.

Colin did a fantastic job custom making a set of french doors and a window for us. He worked exactly to the initial deadlines he gave us and was unobtrusive in his work, with the bulk of the work being done in his workshop. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
