The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Chris came out same day and gave me the best quote, came out after hours to accomodate my working times. Done the work as soon as possible and to a excellent standard. Really happy with the work carried out and would seriously recommend. Professional, friendly and efficient.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .

Tommy responded to my job add within a few hours and we agreed date and price for work to be undertaken. Work was completed on agreed date to very high standard with no mess. Extremely friendly and provided useful advice for future projects. Very pleased with end result of job and would certainly recommend to others.

Came out to price the job, supplied cost and now can't get a hold of them to complete the job despite contacting them more than 3 times.

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended

I had a fantastic experience with James! For my window glazing, He was absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job. He completed the project quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm thrilled with the work that he did, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service.
