We hired SJC Contracts to build and install a staircase to service three floors. Right from the off, Simon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and full of great ideas and options. His work is of a very high standard and he worked hard to get everything “just right”. I would highly recommend Zak and his team. My conservatory roof had been leaking for quite a while. Zak explained what he would do before the visit which gave me the confidence that he was an expert in his field. The roof was repaired and serviced competently and thoroughly. I've been reassured with a guarantee . Zak also took the time to repair a bathroom window which was poorly sealed at a very reasonable rate. Overall I'm so pleased I hired Zak and Mark - they were professional and trustworthy.

Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job. I will have no hesitation in contacting Karl for any other work I need to have done in the future.

We had the hall, stairs and landing painted and papered. Every stage of the job was completed to a very high standard, there was more prep work than initially thought but that was no fault of Tony's but discovered on stripping the old paper. The extra work was done with no extra charge, including a repaint of a radiator. Tony is an exceptionally nice person who works very hard and neatly we highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.
