My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. The work was done very effectively, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. He supplied the parts and showed me how to adjust them should I need to do so in the future. The estimate was for 2 days' work, but it took only one, so it turned out a bit more expensive.
