Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. I will use again and would recommend S G Maintenance. Great Job. Thanks.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Loui has done an excellent job transforming our kitchen into our favourite room of the house. Loui is helpful, reliable, on time, friendly and tidy. Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.

Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

Wayne Reardon is a very polite, considerate and accomplished tradesman. He listened to us during the entire process of quoting right up to the end of the job. The transformation that he has made happen is exactly what we had wanted. Wayne treated us and our home with respect and kindness. David turned up at time we arranged, Quality of work was excellent. We requested a certain methods he had not done before so researched it and did a fantastic job. During the job if there was more than one way to do it, he explained the options and advised the best route. We would recommend David to do any carpentry work and will be using his services again.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
