These guys were very quick to respond to the ad, and were able to come to have a look-see and do the job rapidly as well. They needed to come back the next day with a longer ladder, but on arrival it was 20 mins to get the ladders in, get up onto the roof, do the 10 minute job, clear up, get paid (card machine) and leave. With some chatting with me in between too. Very pleasant guys indeed. They came from Glasgow to Stirling to do what they knew would most likely be a 10 minute job. Very professional indeed

Mathew contacted me and came to see the job the same day, he then started the job two days later. I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. This was first time on rated so I was obviously a bit dubious but these guys laid all that to rest. My neighbour was that impressed that he is painting her house next week. Absolutely brilliant job. Can’t recommend them enough. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. They were quick and clean. Tidied everything up and left the place spotless. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
