Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. Very good contact with Alan. Very happy to provide advice in regard to window style and colours. Windows was done in 2 days and neat. Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured.
