Hello and thanks for looking at my profile. I have a great interest in how spaces work for my clients and I find it amazing how I can totally transform how a space looks and feels. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. Hi I'm Neil Kell Im a multi semi skilled handyman/builder I undertake all kinds of internal and external work on properties ex gas or major electrics I do small domestic electrical work and cover all work in the home Including small jobs ie putting flat pack furniture together fitting blinds curtains no matter how small as well as doing a loft Conversion. And every job has to be done to the highest standard within a sufficient time scale to first class finish as the finish of my work is my business card creating good word of mouth and good reviews.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
