I have been in the cleaning business for 20 years now. All staff have a CRB check and have all been personally trained by me to the best standard. We charge £13.5 an hour and you would be able to choose which day of the week you'd like . We do deep clean

Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Having been let down by my regular painter, I had to bring someone in asap to decorate a two bed apartment within 7 days. Wallpaper stripped, walls made good and full paint job on walls, ceilings, door frames and skirtings required. Thankfully Pierre and Jean were able to help. Job was done in time and to a good standard. I will use them again. It's always a bit worrying using new tradesmen but I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again. Thanks for your help
