Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Front Garden Boundary Wall Pointing The front garden boundary wall pointing was missing, loose and perished in parts. Robert re-pointed the front boundary wall as necessary providing an excellent finish. Worked continuously and completed the job quickly. Left the site in a clean and tidy condition. Would recommend and use again.

Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !

Bill helped us to repair and rebuild a spa shelter we purchased secondhand that we discovered had many rotten panels. Stewart is punctual and polite. He did a very good job of installing our new toilet and fixing the leak in the pipe. He was happy to take away the old toilet and cabinet to dispose of. The price he charged was very reasonable. I will definitely be asking him to return to do plumbing jobs here in the future.

Nigel completed the installation of shower and handwash basin after we were let down by another plumber. The work was completed within the estimated time. Very clean and tidy. Shower room looks great. Would recommend.
