Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. ( well done Kevin ) Job done, and also now have a gas safe guy I can call on for any future work ( already got a job lined up for Kevin ) I'm bumping the rating up to 10 stars.. 5 isn't enough. An absolute star. Managed to put up with my wife's last minute changes, and additional work that just seemed to "crop up". Arrived when he said he would, clean, tidy, excellent. Will definitely use Donald again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

Took a bit longer than expected due to various problems due to the age of the existing boiler - but we ended up with what we wanted. Very professional and kept us informed about everything that was going on and what would be required and why. Would recommend Jamie.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
