Extremely happy with the job Peter did. Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure the job was done exactly the way we liked. Quote was really reasonable and did extra jobs we asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a shame we didn't find him sooner as we have had bad experiences in the past with other builders!

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

A credit to his trade. Fantastic workmanship, extremely knowledgeable, very reasonably priced. Showed up at exactly the time he said on both occasions, clean and tidy and an all round nice bloke. Could not recommend him any more highly. Wouldn't have anyone else do work in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. Scott and team arrived and worked tirelessly fitting our boiler and rewiring and rerouting pipes as well as various small jobs over two of the hottest days of the year. The pipe work and wiring is a work of art compared to what we had before, neat and tidy and a seamless transition to the new boiler. Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
