I am a mechanical engineer , I worked for Northumbrian water for 12 years and I gained knowledge of plumbing while working for NWL . Working on sewerage and fresh water systems I run a property rental business and I have been doing plumbing installations and repairs for around 15 years . Ian fitted our kitchen and I would happily have him back to do other jobs that we have planned around the house. Ian has done an accurate and quality job for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. He also has helped us save money and got in touch with suppliers who could provide us quality products at a cheaper price to what we paid. Overall I'm delighted with my kitchen and if I get a chance I will be using Ian again.

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.
