Andrew came promptly ready to fix my toilet Syphon which broke. He got the job done despite the fact the nuts and bolts at the bottom rusted away to the point they couldn't even be handled with any tools. I saw him go at the bolts and nuts for a good 20 minutes as he was so persistent to get them out and put in new ones... And of course he succeeded. Also when I thought there was a leak (there wasn't a leak at all) he kept in contact offering to come back and fix the leak. 5/5 for sure

I did have to wait a while for the start date but the did not bother me because it told me that they were in high demand. On the day of the job Nasif and his team turned up on time.
