Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. We have an experienced and disciplined team who have worked on hundreds of projects throughout London, from small jobs to larger more complex tasks such as bathroom renovations and kitchen installation, hardwood flooring, roofing ,complete renovations.
They gave me some really useful advice regarding me bing my washing machine which included the reality of lifting my floor and some kitchen cabinets. I will certainly re contact them again when I have the money together for a full kitchen makeover.. it seems silly to do what I wanted on its own.
