Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. From quote to completion, Luke was very courteous and professional. He gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to come and do the work within a couple of days. On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, he went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Alin is an excellent and trustworthy plumber. He sorted out a leak we had from the toilet and all completed without cutting corners. Highly recommended and will be calling again whenever needed.

Nice Guy. I am sure he would have done an excellent job of my Worktops but unfortunately he never turned up to do the work due to an injury to his foot.

Tony(TJC) is friendly, reliable and works to a high standard. He always kept me updated which showed his professionalism, whereas with some tradesmen you always have to chase them up. He's a tradesman that cares about his work and I would definitely use TJC again.

Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. Stuart is an excellent tradesman attention to detail is fantastic he takes absolute pride in his work. I'm a complete perfectionist and he was 200% the right choice. His costs are fair especially for such a high standard of work. Completely trustworthy . I would highly recommend him and most definitely be using again soon .
