Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending Prestige Construction to friends and family.

Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

After contacting Paul he quickly got a quote to me. I was kept informed at all stages. The work took a little longer than he quoted but it was completed in a timely fashion. This is the first time I’ve used him but I would have to say I would definitely use him again and better still recommend him. Chris contacted my very quickly. he come to quote the work that evening. id had 2 other quotes but although he charged a little more than one of them he seemed the most professional and gave a 6month guarantee on his work. i was very happy with the work and he tidied up after. i would definitely use him again.

Trevor literally swept in and saved the day. I advertised the small job but he took over where our previous builders abandoned us. He did all the joining work for our extension including boxing in and doors as well as fitting in our kitchen and setting up different parts of our utility room and downstairs toilet. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to Trevor. He was punctual, communicated well, worked full days and for a fair price.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.
