Barry came out to give the quote when he said he would. Really nice chap. Gave him the job. He and his "mate" (can remember the other guys name), came out when they said they would. Did a good job, and tied up behind themselves. I'd use Barry again.

I was very impressed with Billy and his colleagues. They were professional, friendly, polite, helpful and reliable. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices. We agreed the work and the dates to start and despite the terrible 'Best from the East' weather he managed to complete the job in a good time. I was impressed at the quality of work (very neat) and the tidying up afterwards. Thank you Billy & friends for an excellent job well done!

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards. To help create a business that will always provide everything the client requires and to which everything that should be upheld.

Jack did a good neat job sealing the UPVC of my bay windows to the concrete sill. He also he repaired and filled a patch in a stud wall and refixed the speaker bracket that had come away causing the hole in the first place. He was on time, very helpful and cleaned up thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that, although small jobs, Jack treated them just the same way as a large extension. I'm happy to recommend him and will certainly call him again if I need to.

Oliver visited me to talk about the design I wanted for the new wall. He got an idea of how I would like it and was very helpful with any questions during his visit. The team of Leon, Lee and Will were very good. Leon made sure that everyone knew what was agreed. Do the job they made sure I was happy with the work. They were all very easy to get on with and worked well as a team. They left the site nice and tidy at the end. I'm very happy with the work. Definitely 5 stars. Cheers guys Kevin

These guys were here to re-do my flat roof after a previous bodged job. The quality of the work was excellent and the guys working for this company are second to none. Any issues or changes required were dealt with professionally and quickly. They also built me a bespoke mancave which is absolutely fantastic and done to a high standard. Again, all trades on site were very professional, knowledgeable and worked clean. Highly recommend this company!
