John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

With having been messed about off other tradesmen and job not completed properly, I had gave up in having trust in any workmen in my house, however SD decor were fantastic, very professional. Worked to a high standard, clean at all times. Job well done. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again, great paint work and wallpaper is amazing. The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

This fellow is not a serious worker to engage with. He accepted a job on Friday 25-Oct-2024, we agreed on the price, he said will do the job on Sunday 27-Oct-2024, he didn't turn up as ageed, he rescheduled for Monday, he turn up and said he will do the job on Tuesday. On Tuesday he sent text saying he cannot do the job because he is busy. He wasted my time, don't be his next victim.
