Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

I have NVQ level 2 and CSCS blue skill card, I have a health and safety manual handling and working at heights certificate.
