Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Despite repeated calls and messages, he promised to return at least FOUR times between April 15 and May 24 but never showed up. I wasted four days of annual leave waiting. Avoid Ryan or R.A.M. Roofing — quick to respond but that’s all you’ll get.
