William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. They completed the house extension for us and everything was finished to a high standard and on time.
