So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor.
