We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. James and Andy provided excellent advice and did a great job. The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. All of the team were personable and a pleasure to have on site.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. He was also a pleasure to have around - and I would highly recommend him for any other work. 10/10.

So Disappointing, these guys are not gardeners , Their knowledge of basic plants poor.. They arrived wearing sliders and trainers to work. but didn’t complete the work to a satisfactory standard . I asked for weeding but got a half hearted attempt. Event though I sent video and still images prior to them attending However they were polite and respectful, but left their costa coffee rubbish in my garden
