I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Got a text saying that they was available to do the job that I had posted and to give them a call to book a time to come out to quote. Contacted "Nicola" and agreed a day and time. Took time off work so that I was there and they never turned up. Messaged asking if I had got the day/time correct and no reply. Even sent a message through rated people the following day and still over a week later im still waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service
