I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

Dale was excellent. Very friendly, self sufficient and completed the job in a really short space of time to a great standard. His pricing was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him in future.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Great value for money and just honest, humorous personalities. Would fully recommend.

Malc did really good job in my "new" old house. I was very impressed with his high quality work. Level of standard/knowledge/detail you get for the money is amazing, five star job in very affordable price. I had bad experience with some other tradesmans, and I wish that all tradesmans would be like Malc. Thanks to Malc my new kitchen looks perfect. I will definitely use him again.

From the moment he contacted us he could not of been more helpful. A true professional who takes a lot of pride in what he does. Reliable, quick, competitive and very very hardworking. Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Craig was able to come over very promptly and do the job the next day. The work was extraordinary value for money and excellent quality. He passed every decision by me and came up with ideas for making it work which I hadn't considered. He's friendly and very helpful. Well recommended.

Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Turned up within 24 hours of posting the job which was amazing. Grouting completed to a high standard and bathroom left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!
