Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Igor attended for a site visit before providing a quote. He was knowledgeable and open with his advice. The quote was mid-range which feels right for the experience. He was able to get work started very quickly, members of his team arrived within a couple of days after I'd gone out to procure supplies. Excellent construction and gardening company. The whole team had exceptional multiple skills and worked fast. The trees were expertly pruned and shaped, the undergrowth cleared and waste removed, paving and fences were power washed, a new bench/box set up, new flowers planted and finally an electrician fitted new outdoor plugs and a light. Everything was completed and cleaned up within 48 hours. A brilliant job and we will commission further work - fully recommended without reservation.

Kris and Carolina were very professional and polite in completing the job. The job was expanded by me to include laminate floor replacement, refitting a toilet and a light refurbishment of the toilet including plumbing, carpentry and decoration. The job was completed with a good finish in a few days.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
