Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.
Jack carried out the work to an exceptional standard and went well beyond what was originally quoted. His workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the quality delivered. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the job properly. I’ve already asked Jack to quote for further projects and will continue to use him for all our exterior house and garden work. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
