We’re a small company based in the cardiff area, 20 years experience in the electrical industry. We take pride in what we do and offer a wide selection of services in electrical installations.
Kurtis did a good job (although we had to repeatedly chase work cert) and so invited him for further work Dec 2024. Again work excellent but an outside PIR light he fitted failed to work correctly. In spite of numerous texts to him re the faulty light and again lack of cert he has failed to repair it and simply ignores further contact. All very well doing good work and appearing to be a nice guy but follow up is appalling. Will never use him again, not trustworthy. Don't trust that he will return to correct

Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Not through any fault of theirs. Wrong parts delivered and endless new unforseen issues. All handled with patience & understanding. I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Started off very well. Putting on the tiles was extremely good but the grouting was a different ballgame. Not that good I'm afraid. Some parts not the best and grout dried out all over every tile which took 2 1/2 hours to clean off. Very surprised.

CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.
