Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

Mirror Finish Plastering is a company since 1992. Since serving my time as a qualified plasterer, which i won apprentice of the year in Sunderland in 1991, my business has grown from strength to strength. Owning several houses of my own in the rental market, I also work for many Landlors over the years. Not only do I do my own plastering, I do everything that`s needed to do before the tenant moves in: incl. joinery, electrics and gas (which does require the need of a qualified gas engineer and electrician to sign off the work that I do). I pride myself for my timekeeping and punctuality. Once I start a job, I always stay on it, till it´s complete, before I move onto the next one. But the biggest pride I have is, after 29 years of plastering, I have always had a great response from all my customers and NEVER had a call back. Came out short notice. Managed to squeeze me in. Due to short notice of getting room plastered 3 days later. Had 4 double plugs put in. In chrome like I wanted. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
