Very courteous. Arrived at 8am each day but did not start work until 9am in deference to us and the neighbours. Took down a huge tree with no fuss or bother, and tidied up afterwards. Were all polite and respectfu? when asking for water etc. Worked so hard, and so quickly. Excellent.

Kieren and his team were great! They turned up on time, were polite and friendly the whole time. They put our patio in, in four days, which was amazing. There was good communication throughout and if times or days needed changing that was communicated. They have done a really good job and the patio looks great and we are very pleased with it! Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
