Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. If there is anything you need doing in any of the sectors we cover or have any general questions, please do not hesitate to reach out, we will be more than happy to answer any questions or provide a free quotation on the works you require.

Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.

Came out short notice. Managed to squeeze me in. Due to short notice of getting room plastered 3 days later. Had 4 double plugs put in. In chrome like I wanted. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again

Andy came round promptly and gave us a reasonable quote very quickly. The job involved repointing the back wall of an old terrace property.. Once the scaffolding was up Andy and his team completed the work to a very high standard. We were pleased with the job and would definitely recommend him.
