Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.

Carl and Phil have done an amazing job with our extension. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and they kept us very well informed every step of the way. Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Nick did a fantastic job at removing our chimney breast wall. He was very professional and thorough with the job. We paid the council to sign this job off too. The team Nick has his fab. I would definitely recommend Nick and use him again. Nick give us a good price too. The guys cleared up after themselves and organised a skip, we didn't notice alot of mess, thank you.

I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. Absolutely would recommend, thanks guys..

Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Full front elevation repoint and repair of stone work. Along with a strip & rebuild of part of our front wall. Then a rebuild of of the front steps due to partial collapse. A first class job done by R Clark and Sons, everything from the initial quote to completion. As this was also our first use of Rated People I will highly recommend them. Very pleased all round.
