The initial introduction from Justin made me feel very reassured even though I'd never used this company before. He visited the house and quoted the drainage job answering all my concerns very promptly. The job was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. I've been and checked the workmanship today and I am so pleased. Martyn and Justin are very friendly and professional tradesman and I would be very happy to recommend them.

David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We have since asked David to complete additional jobs for us and will continue to recommend his services to others as well.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!
