About JRL Landscapes Since leaving the military I have worked as a sole trader in landscaping and fencing and I'm also a qualified electrician. The military provided me with several transferable skills and experience that I have used to build my portfolio. Now my business has expanded I have an excellent team who specialise in patios, driveways and general building projects all with a proven background and experience. Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied

James and his team did a fantastic job. He turned up on time to quote for the task of replacing our 4.5 x 4.5m concrete hardstanding with brick papers. We agreed a price for the job and a start date. He and his team turned up when agreed. On the first day they removed the original concrete slab, and did the necessary work to prepare the ground. Day 2 the pavers were laid. Contacted them to get a quote came out seemed okay said I would have a quote soon. A week later after multiple reminders got a price I asked for a breakdown and was told: "you've got your prices it's not hard to work out" I have three walls one I'm splitting with my neighbour to right, one I'm paying for myself at the back and one that I'm splitting with the other neighbour and was asking for a breakdown of those three. No idea what their actual work is like.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Noel did a whole list of jobs around my property when I moved in. This included making and fitting shelves into cupboards, putting up bookshelves, hanging mirrors and pictures, assembling flatpack, putting up curtain poles, mounting the tv on the wall, etc. I found him to be reliable, punctual, very precise with detail, friendly and trustworthy. I'm delighted with the work he's completed and will ask him to o any further work that comes up. I'm happy to recommend him highly.

Jamie came over this Saturday and Sunday to add some fencing on my stone wall and added some wooden rails to the steps of my decking. He did an amazing job and the quality is brilliant. Will definitely use him again for future work in the garden.
