What an absolute star! Lawrence gave me a good quote, insisted on clear communication using both phone and email. When the job needed extra materials (it was surprisingly large) Lawrence was open and clear about what it would cost. Amazingly, he still managed to complete the job in the three days initially quoted - remarkable! I was kept informed about each stage of the job and given options for these. The work is very well finished and has been highly approved by all the stakeholders in this job.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.

Matt & Rich completed our conversation on time and at a good price. They solved any issues that arose without a problem. We have since employed them again to complete a refurbishment on our holiday home. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I will not be recommending this company as the workmanship done by Abcot Plastering is terrible, I offered a return to put works right, but as Abcot Plastering refused to take responsibility for very poor workmanship, and declined to put all works right to a proffesional standard. I am now having to pay for all works to be redone elsewhere.

Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.
